Q&T Hi-tech Polymer - Trust in every security printing paper
WVR - The year 2025 marks a successful year for Q&T Hi-tech Polymer Company (Q&T) as it consecutively won all four security printing paper contracts for polymer banknotes for the National Banknote Printing Plant of Vietnam (NBPP).

Following negotiations and the signing of security printing paper contracts for 2026 production, on December 26, the NBPP and Q&T signed a contract for the supply of B06 security printing paper under the VTC 26-05 package for the 50,000 VND polymer banknote at the headquarters of the National Banknote Printing Plant of Vietnam – 30 Pham Van Dong, Hanoi.
According to Ms. Luong Thanh Trang, Deputy Director of Q&T, 2025 marks a successful year for Q&T as the company consecutively won all four security printing paper contracts for polymer banknotes in denominations of 10,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 50,000 VND, and 100,000 VND for the National Banknote Printing Plant and completed the delivery of products for four security printing paper contracts ahead of the delivery deadline at the end of July 2025. Building on this success, following the bidding plan for 2026, Q&T continued to win all three issued packages including denominations of 20,000 VND, 100,000 VND, 50,000 VND, and is continuing to participate in the bidding for the 200,000 VND denomination supply for NBPP in January 2026.
With impressive results achieved over the past three years, notably with 10 security paper supply contracts signed, Q&T continues to assert its position as Vietnam's number one security printing paper supplier. This impressive achievement not only affirms the quality of security printing paper products provided by Q&T in the banking and monetary sector but also the company's reputation and sustainable development in the field of security printing paper, particularly ensuring domestic supply autonomy, enhancing security and safety in the monetary sector, and contributing to national budget savings.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Chairman of the NBPP, Q&T's winning of the entire security printing paper supply for the National Banknote Printing Plant for three consecutive years for denominations of 10,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 50,000 VND, and 100,000 VND demonstrates the company's outstanding reputation and quality. Mr. Cuong stated that Q&T's products not only meet the most stringent technical and security standards of the banking industry but also affirm its position as a reliable and long-term partner of the Plant.
The representative of the NBPP emphasized that the contract signing between the two parties complies with the procurement plan approved by the Plant's Board of Members, meeting the production schedule of the Plant's special products in 2025 and the following year.
Pleased with Q&T's achievements in recent years, the Chairman of the Q&T, Mr. Luong Ngoc Anh, shared that Company has continuously strived to provide products, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting even the most stringent schedules of the State Bank. The company is also working hard with foreign partners to seek and expand the international market.

Previously, on October 20, the National Banknote Printing Plant and Q&T signed a contract for the supply of B05 security printing paper for the VTC 26-03 package for the 20,000 VND polymer banknote for 2026. On December 5, Q&T continued to sign a contract for the supply of B07 security printing paper for the VTC 26-04 package of 2026 with the National Banknote Printing Plant.
