The event aimed to reflect on the life, career, ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, thereby enhancing political and ideological education for party members, students, and the Vietnamese community in the area.
Attending the program were Party Secretary, Consul General of Vietnam in Kunming Nghiem Viet Chung, along with all party members of the Consulate General's Party Cell; Dao Thi Thuy Hang, Party Secretary of the Vietnamese Students' Party Cell in Kunming; Nguyen Duc Phu, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Youth Union of Vietnamese Students in Yunnan, along with party members of the Students' Party Cell; Mr. Pham Gia Duc, Chairman of the Vietnamese Community Association in Yunnan; Mrs. Hoang Thi Lieu, Chairwoman of the Vietnamese Brides Association in Yunnan, and several outstanding Vietnamese students and youth studying in Yunnan.
In her opening remarks, Consul General Nghiem Viet Chung emphasized the profound significance of the activity, affirming the enduring value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style – a spiritual foundation and a great intrinsic strength that continues to guide the Vietnamese nation into a new era. She highlighted the importance of each party member and overseas Vietnamese continuing to inherit, apply, and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's ideology in work, study, and life as small contributions to the process of building, developing, and enhancing the national image. She also acknowledged and commended the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and positive contributions of students, the Vietnamese community, brides, and Vietnamese organizations in Yunnan in preserving national cultural identity, building a strong community, and promoting the image of a friendly, civilized, and integrated Vietnam.

Within the program's framework, delegates and students visited the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Kunming, which preserves many valuable artifacts and documents about his life and revolutionary activities in Yunnan.

The visit not only helped young people and the Vietnamese community in Yunnan better understand the great sacrifices and contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolution but also inspired national pride and the spirit of continuous learning and self-improvement according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among each party member and Vietnamese in Yunnan.
