Leading the delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was Politburo Member, Party Secretary of the Ministry, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung. Also attending the event were Central Committee Member, Deputy Party Secretary of the Ministry, and Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu; Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs including Ngo Le Van, Le Anh Tuan, Le Thi Thu Hang, Nguyen Minh Hang, along with leaders of various units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The delegation expressed their infinite gratitude, respectfully remembering his immense contributions to the revolutionary cause of our Party and nation. The delegation's wreath bore the words: “Eternal gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh”.
Deeply imbued with and remembering the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed their determination and perseverance to follow the path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh, united in their efforts to build a peaceful, independent, unified, democratic, and prosperous Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism.

After visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the delegation proceeded to lay a wreath, offer incense, and commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs remembered the nation's outstanding people who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. The delegation's wreath bore the words: “Eternal gratitude to the heroic martyrs”.
