Overseas Vietnamese delegation attends Homeland Spring 2026 Program, visits Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Cultural and Historical Site
On the morning of February 7, as part of the Homeland Spring Program taking place from February 6-9, a distinguished delegation of overseas Vietnamese from 32 countries and territories visited Ninh Binh province to offer incense in memory at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Cultural and Historical Site (Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Đai Hanh).
