Consular acceptance certificate presented to Belarusian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City
On November 28, Doan Hoang Minh, Director of the Consular Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presented the Consular Acceptance Certificate to Mr. Alexander Sidoruk, the new Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director Doan Hoang Minh congratulated Mr. Alexander Sidoruk on his new position, expressing confidence that with his extensive experience, the new Consul General will make effective and practical contributions to the Vietnam–Belarus Strategic Partnership, especially in consular cooperation.
The Director of the Consular Department affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Consular Department and Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs) as well as Vietnamese authorities will always support the Consulate General and facilitate the new Consul General in successfully completing his term in Vietnam.
Director Doan Hoang Minh expressed the desire for both sides to continue close cooperation, facilitating exchanges and travel between the two countries and deepening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
For his part, Mr. Alexander Sidoruk thanked Director Doan Hoang Minh for taking the time to meet and present the Consular Acceptance Certificate, expressing delight at the positive developments in bilateral relations, particularly the establishment of the Strategic Partnership in May 2025.
The new Belarusian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City emphasized that during his term, he will continue to promote bilateral cooperation in priority areas such as economic, cultural, and political cooperation, as well as consular collaboration, people-to-people exchanges, and travel between the two countries.
