Vietnam presents Consular Acceptance Certificate to Netherlands Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General Minh congratulated Ms. Raissa Anais Marteaux on her new position, expressing confidence that with her experience in diplomacy, investment, and trade, the new Consul General will further enhance the Vietnam–Netherlands Comprehensive Partnership in general and consular relations in particular.
The Director General emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant Vietnamese authorities will continue to support the Consulate General and facilitate the new Consul General in successfully completing her term in Vietnam.
Director General Minh urged the Netherlands to continue facilitating exchanges and travel between the two countries and actively cooperate in priority areas such as economy, trade, investment, water resource management, climate change response, high-tech agriculture, people-to-people exchanges, and education and training.
The new Dutch Consul General thanked Director General Minh for the meeting and the presentation of the Consular Acceptance Certificate. Delighted with the positive developments in bilateral relations, Ms. Raissa Anais Marteaux appreciated the support provided by Vietnamese authorities to Dutch representatives and citizens in Vietnam.
She affirmed her commitment to making every effort to promote bilateral relations across various fields of mutual interest, including consular cooperation.
