On February 20, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Trinh Duc Hai welcomed Benoit Clocheret, Vice President of MEDEF International – the division responsible for foreign economic relations and international cooperation promotion under the French Employers' Federation (MEDEF), who is also the Chairman of the France-Vietnam Business Council and CEO of Artelia Group. The meeting included representatives from several major French corporations and enterprises to discuss strategies for boosting bilateral economic cooperation in the coming period.

Ambassador Trinh Duc Hai praised the strategic bridging role of this organization in fostering Vietnam-France economic cooperation, especially following the success of the Vietnam-France Business Forum during Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to France.

The Ambassador emphasized Vietnam's desire to attract high-quality investment from France in key sectors such as transportation infrastructure (high-speed rail, metro, aviation), energy (renewable, nuclear), high-tech industries, semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), logistics, healthcare, high-tech agriculture, aerospace, and marine industries – pivotal pillars in Vietnam's sustainable development strategy.
