The competition is organized by International Art Panorama (IAP), with MiaArt International as the representative in Vietnam. This year, the competition carries the theme “Brushes for peace – A world in harmony”, encouraging young talents to express their perspectives, emotions, and messages about peace, connection, and human spirit through the language of painting.
The highlight of the event is the public judging format, allowing parents, students, and the public to directly observe the evaluation process of the Jury Council.
Thousands of entries were displayed in the judging space, providing an opportunity for judges to directly observe, evaluate, and select outstanding works based on the competition's professional criteria.
This year's Jury Council includes experts, artists, and art educators from Vietnam and abroad, such as Duong Thu Hang, Executive Director of Hanoi Studio Gallery; Vu Dinh Tuan, lecturer at Vietnam University of Fine Arts; and Mr. Jeon Sang Woo, admissions officer at Sunhwa Arts School (Republic of Korea).
With a diverse professional background, the jury members bring rich artistic perspectives, contributing to ensuring objectivity and transparency in the evaluation process.

Besides the judging activities, the event was open to the public for free, offering parents, teachers, and contestants the chance to admire thousands of artworks, engage in exchanges, and participate in creative experiential activities.
Beyond professional evaluation, the event also helps contestants access a vast artistic space, explore creative expressions from peers, and understand the evaluation process at an international art competition.
Through this activity, the Organizing Committee aims to build an open artistic environment where students' talents and creative personalities are recognized, encouraged, and developed.
Following previous seasons, the competition continues to bridge Vietnamese students with the international art community, opening opportunities for cultural exchange, learning, and experiencing art abroad.
