The woman, hospitalized on March 26, was released from General Hospital in the Southern province of Binh Thuan after being tested negative between April 3-9.
She will continue isolating herself at home for the next 14 days as regulated.
So far, Vietnam has confirmed 262 infection cases, of whom 145 have fully recovered while the current active cases are being treated at 14 medical facilities across the nation.
Of the current active patients, 73 are being treated at central hospitals, 39 at provincial-level hospitals and four at district-level hospitals, the ministry said Monday.
