On June 16, the Northwest Saigon Business Association (TBSG) officially announced the operation of the TBSG Business Hub, a digital trade promotion platform designed to support businesses in connecting, promoting products, and expanding markets amidst the increasingly robust digital transformation.
The TBSG Business Hub is developed on the technological infrastructure of Arobid.com, aiming to assist member businesses in showcasing capabilities, promoting products, seeking partners, and participating in trade promotion activities in the digital environment.

According to TBSG representatives, the platform's distinction lies in its "Build Once – Empower Many" operational model.
Accordingly, Arobid.com is responsible for providing technological infrastructure, data, and digital tools such as AI Matching, AI Deep Search, and AI Onboarding, while TBSG is empowered to organise and develop trade promotion activities serving the business community.
Through this platform, the association can organise fairs, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, trade connections, product promotions, and support member businesses in the digital environment without significant investment in technological infrastructure or operational personnel.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Tan Nam, Chairman of the Northwest Saigon Business Association, stated that the launch of the TBSG Business Hub demonstrates a commitment to accompany member businesses in the digital transformation process.

“This is not just a technological platform but also a digital trade promotion infrastructure built to serve the business community in a long-term, continuous, and substantive manner. The association will proactively exploit and develop this ecosystem to create more opportunities for connection, trade, and cooperation for domestic and international businesses,” Mr. Nam said.
According to TBSG, the operation of the platform also aligns with major policies of the Party and State on digital economic development, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

These orientations are reflected in Resolution 57-NQ/TW on the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; Decision 1968/QD-TTg on digital transformation in trade promotion; Directive 29/CT-TTg on the development of e-commerce and digital platforms for export; along with Resolution 68-NQ/TW identifying the private economy as one of the important drivers of the economy.
TBSG expects the Business Hub to become a model example in applying data and artificial intelligence to help businesses enhance competitiveness, expand markets, and engage more deeply in the digital economy.
Previously, trade promotion activities often occurred as separate events, but with the TBSG Business Hub, the Northwest Saigon Business Association aims to build a continuously operating digital trade promotion infrastructure, connecting businesses through data, technology, and artificial intelligence.

Resolution 68-NQ/TW also continues to affirm the private economy as one of the most important drivers of the economy, creating conditions for businesses to engage more deeply in the national digital transformation process. |
