When the COVID-19 pandemic began to show signs of a strong outbreak, Long An provincial authority quickly implemented the development of Plan No. 2727/KH-SCH dated August 19, 2021 in just one night in compliance with the Directive No. 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister at a higher level.
