A highlight of the Forum was linking discussion content with Vietnam's major orientations. In the field of science and technology, opinions clarified the role of youth in implementing Resolution 57 on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

The content on culture and the Vietnamese language was also related to Conclusion 12 and the orientation of Resolution 80, emphasizing culture as the spiritual foundation and the bond connecting the global Vietnamese community.

Transforming knowledge into action

In his keynote speech, Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Secretary General of the Global Network for Teaching Vietnamese Language and Culture, and Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized that the Forum is not just a place for exchange but a space for genuine connection, where youth's experiences, knowledge, and aspirations are shared and transformed into action.

“Not just to listen, but to think, exchange, and act together; not just discussions, but real stories, experiences, and aspirations,” he stressed.

In the context of a rapidly changing world driven by technology and integration, Vietnamese youth in Japan face numerous opportunities while balancing integration with preserving identity, personal development with community and homeland responsibilities.

Thus, the Forum was created as an open space to inspire responsibility, aspiration, and the spirit of contribution among the global Vietnamese youth.
