"Each year, we make every effort to prepare performances that spread the message of a peaceful, hospitable, and deeply integrated Vietnam to the world,” she said.
The event drew strong interest from Japanese audiences, international communities, and Vietnamese culture lovers. Particularly, young generations of Vietnamese born and raised in Japan were encouraged to join performances to preserve the language and remain connected to their cultural roots.
Continuing the spirit of connection, cultural promotion, and youth engagement, the first Vietnam–Japan Youth Forum will be held on August 9 in Osaka.
The forum is co-organized by the General Association of Vietnamese in Kansai and the Vietnamese Youth and Student Association in Kansai, under the patronage of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka and the Vietnam Youth Federation.
As part of a series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), the forum will provide a space for youth from both countries to connect and exchange ideas, fostering patriotism, honoring cultural roots, and proposing initiatives to strengthen educational cooperation, preserve the language, and promote the culture among overseas youth.
