Vietnam-Myanmar Trade Fair 2025: Connecting enterprises of both nations

WVR - From October 10-12, the Vietnam-Myanmar Trade Fair 2025 is being held at the Yangon International Trade Center, featuring 120 booths from Vietnamese and Myanmar enterprises.

The fair is an annual event and the largest trade event between the two countries each year. Ambassador Ly Quoc Tuan attended the opening, delivered a speech, and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Fair.

Organized in collaboration with the Embassy, the Vietnam Trade Office, and the Myanmar Association of Fairs, Exhibitions, and Events, the Fair is also supported by the Myanmar Ministry of Commerce, the Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Federation, and the International Business Promotion Center.

Vietnamese products featured at the Fair include fashion, footwear, beverages, household electrical appliances, plastic goods, construction materials, furniture, composite material windows, fire prevention equipment, paint, construction chemicals, banking, and tourism. These attract significant interest from Myanmar companies and associations.

In addition to Vietnamese enterprises already operating in Myanmar such as Son Ha Co. Ltd. (clean water equipment), Ba An Co. Ltd. (electric pole manufacturing), VLC (glass products), Vimyan Tours Travel (tourism), VietLines (Vietnamese coffee), many businesses from Vietnam are also participating, demonstrating their interest in the Myanmar market.

Vietnamese enterprises participating for the first time have expressed their determination to explore and understand the market, and to probe potential cooperation with Myanmar partners.

During the fair, the Vietnam Trade Office and its partners have organized several thematic workshops on trade and tourism, connecting the markets and enterprises of both countries.
