Austrade is working with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hanoi for the program of March 27, and the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province to deliver the program in Hue on March 29 and the People’s Committee in Danang to deliver the program March 31.

Austrade is delivering two roadshows in six different cities of Vietnam including Hanoi, Hue, Danang in March and Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Can Tho in September. It will provide opportunities for Australian and Vietnamese businesses and institutions to connect and collaborate in different regions of Vietnam.

The first phase of program is launched in Hanoi – Hue – Danang from 27th March to 31st March 2023 that connects more than 400 Australian and Vietnamese businesses, organisations, associations and institutions.

In education session, Vietnamese institutions are introduced about Australian expertise and excellence in education and training from 22 leading Australian universities and academic institutions. This session provides opportunities for institutional linkages, recruitment and commercial partnerships.

In the agrifood session, Australian and Vietnamese businesses will explore opportunities to increase trade. This involves identifying the potential of Vietnamese market for Australian delegate, as well as giving Vietnamese participant the better understanding of Australian capabilities and product’s quality.

Australian exports of consumer-ready dairy, seafood, wine, fresh horticultural produce and quality meats provide the Vietnamese domestic market with greater diversity, extended windows of seasonal availability and enhanced consumer choices. Importantly these high-end products also support the enrichment of Vietnam’s reputation as a global food and culinary destination further bolstering Vietnam’s attraction to international tourists.
