Thorough preparations for 'Thai Nguyen - Essence of renowned tea' festival

On the morning of December 13, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee for the "Thai Nguyen - Essence of renowned tea" festival, Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, chaired a meeting to review preparations and finalize the event's organizational content.

According to reports from the units at the meeting, up to this point, the assigned agencies and units have proactively implemented their tasks, focusing on developing the overall script, art program, festival space design, communication efforts, ensuring security, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, and logistics for the Festival.

Representatives from various departments reported on the progress of their assigned tasks and highlighted some challenges encountered during implementation.

Based on this, the organizing committee discussed and agreed on solutions to ensure the progress and quality of the Festival's organization; particularly emphasizing the need to clearly showcase the cultural value of Thai Nguyen tea and promote the image of the land, people, and unique tea products of the region.

In concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments to thoroughly review each content, proactively coordinate, and promptly report any arising issues.

The Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, along with the consulting unit, to incorporate feedback and finalize the opening ceremony script for the "Thai Nguyen - Essence of renowned tea" festival; the festival space and the detailed art program script, ensuring the festival is organized with dignity, effectiveness, and leaves a lasting positive impression.

The "Thai Nguyen - Essence of renowned tea" festival is expected to be a significant cultural and tourism highlight, contributing to the celebration of tea plants and products while promoting the image of Thai Nguyen to a wide range of domestic and international visitors.
