The exhibition space of the Construction industry in the "Creating Development" section, themed "Create - Connect - Rise", spans an area of 480 m2. It showcases significant achievements of the Construction industry over 80 years, linked to the nation's defense, creation, building, and development across fields such as civil construction, industry, infrastructure development, and transportation (road, rail, maritime, inland waterways, aviation); planning, architecture, urban development, housing, building materials, and more. Notably, it features models, mock-ups, images, and 3D designs of projects and products with high application and technological content, including "green" projects and clean energy products.

Over 80 years of accompanying the nation, Vietnam's Construction industry has continuously grown, laying a solid foundation for national development, connecting infrastructure, space, and people, shaping the country's image. With a vision of innovation and integration, the Construction industry has developed robustly, mastering modern technology and techniques, joining the nation in entering a new era – the era of national advancement.
The exclusive exhibition section of the Construction industry uses the cable-stayed bridge symbol to illustrate Rạch Mieu Bridge, My Thuan Bridge, Bai Chay Bridge, Nhat Tan Bridge, and others. These century bridges symbolize the achievements of innovation and integration in the Construction industry, showcasing the mastery of science and technology, dynamism, and creativity of Vietnam's construction workforce.
The exhibition section is organized into six thematic display areas: achievements in infrastructure and construction; achievements in planning, architecture, urban development, and housing; achievements in state management, policy framework completion, and digital transformation in the Construction industry; construction technology achievements; building materials achievements; and a digital technology experience area.
The exhibition space is designed to be open, coherent, and guiding, combining physical models with digital technology and virtual reality, offering a multi-layered experience. Visitors can not only "view" but also feel and accompany the Construction industry on its 80-year journey of contributing to national development.
Achievements in infrastructure and construction: Highlighting the role of infrastructure in paving the way for development, creating roads, bridges, seaports, airports, and metro lines across the country, connecting regions and transforming urban technical infrastructure. The application of advanced construction technology not only drives socio-economic growth but also becomes a symbol of the aspiration to rise through Vietnamese intelligence and technology, aiming for a synchronized, smart, green, and modern infrastructure network by 2045.
Achievements in planning, architecture, urban development, and housing: Displays maps, models, images, and information showcasing comprehensive planning across all provinces and cities, laying the foundation for sustainable urban and rural spatial development. The national urban system is increasingly modern with nearly 900 urban areas, developing consistently from central to local levels. Housing policies for all demographics are comprehensive, contributing to social welfare.

Pioneering the strong application of digital technology in planning, architecture, and urban management, digitizing planning maps, implementing smart urban models, and applying Digital Twin, GIS, AI, drones, and smart cameras, gradually integrating with global trends. These achievements affirm a solid step forward, contributing to creating a new image for the country.
Achievements in state management, policy framework completion, and digital transformation in the Construction industry: Significant breakthroughs in legal framework construction and completion, linking management with encouraging creativity and unlocking resources; reducing and simplifying investment and business conditions; enhancing decentralization and delegation according to the principle "local decision – local action – local responsibility".
To date, the Ministry of Construction has issued and implemented 608 effective legal documents, including 10 Laws, 9 Resolutions, 113 Decrees, 24 Prime Minister's Decisions, 1 Directive, and 451 Circulars.
Strong administrative procedure reform, providing modern online public services, with 100% of administrative procedures under management authority publicly available on the National Public Service Portal, and 95% online dossier submission rate.
Promoting data digitization and widespread application of digital technology in planning, construction, and facility management: applying BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, drones, and AI cameras in surveying and construction supervision; implementing BMS and IoT in building management; ITS in smart transportation; biometric recognition and electronic toll collection in transport and urban areas.
Achievements in construction technology: By applying modern science and technology, the Construction industry has undergone comprehensive technological transformation, from mechanization and automation to digitalization, achieving superior labor productivity.
In key transportation projects, advanced technologies such as road recycling, modern bridge and tunnel construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) have been widely applied, enhancing quality, shortening timelines, and optimizing costs.
Additionally, digital platforms like GIS, IoT, and AI have been integrated into infrastructure management, real-time construction supervision, smart traffic forecasting and regulation, gradually forming a digitized, green, and sustainable transportation system.
Achievements in building materials: Vietnam's building materials industry has directly contributed to constructing transportation, urban, and rural infrastructure, housing, civil, industrial, disaster prevention, security, and defense projects.
Pioneering the development of new, green materials that save energy, protect the environment, and promote sustainable development, gradually conquering international markets, laying the foundation for a modern, sustainable, and self-reliant industry.
Creative Exploration – Technology Interaction Experience Area: A space for connection, creativity, and increased interaction, showcasing advanced digital technology achievements, providing a comprehensive view of the future of the Construction industry in the digital era.
Notably, the center of the Exhibition is the Honour Area, which recreates the 80-year journey of the Construction industry alongside the nation's revolutionary cause, capturing images of President Ho Chi Minh and Party and State leaders throughout the years with the Construction industry.
The space also displays prestigious awards the industry has received: 2 Gold Star Orders, 4 Ho Chi Minh Orders, and numerous other high honours and medals. Additionally, it introduces national and international Architecture and Planning awards, affirming the position, reputation, and creative mark of the Construction industry in national development and international integration.

"Aspiration for the Sky" Exhibition Section covers a display area of approximately 10,000 m2, with the rig area around 5,000 m2, showcasing the achievements of Vietnam's civil aviation industry over 80 years.
This section is the "highlight" of the Exhibition due to its impressive scale, content, and diverse, attractive displays with profound political, economic, and social significance.
The section features four real aircraft models representing different stages of Vietnam's aviation industry development, from the early days of the nation's founding to strong international integration and the aspiration to establish a Vietnamese aviation industry. These include: an IL-14 aircraft once used as a special plane for President Ho Chí Minh; an Airbus A320 displayed to demonstrate mastery of technology, operation, and imaintenance of modern aircraft; a TP-150 light aircraft designed and manufactured by a Vietnamese company; and a helicopter from Brigade 18 serving national defense and socio-economic activities, tourism, search, and rescue...
The rig exhibition space is designed in the overall shape of the Lac Bird, an artistic symbol with historical and cultural significance, representing the Vietnamese national identity. Its wings spread, soaring into the sky, symbolize the dream of rising, the aspiration for freedom, and the connection between Heaven and Earth.

This also serves as the architectural direction for Phu Quoc International Airport's terminal – a national key project for the APEC 2027 high-level week – an important diplomatic activity showcasing Vietnam's image and position in the new era.
In the rig exhibition space, with the participation of 10 aviation enterprises, it is presented as a service chain at an airport (from check-in, security control, boarding gates, and public service areas at the terminal...).
The enterprises display models and modern equipment of the aviation industry, sample satellite models; combined with applications of science and technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in civil aviation activities. There are also experiential products for visitors, such as a simulated cockpit, an ATC Tower simulation model, 3D Avatar Booth technology allowing participants to change outfits, choose backgrounds, and print souvenir photos on-site; AI-powered reception robots capable of direct conversation in multiple languages; and displays of exemplary products in aircraft interior equipment manufacturing, technical components, and specialized maintenance and repair services...
The Construction Industry Achievement Exhibition not only demonstrates the industry's stature and position after 80 years but also strongly affirms the entire Construction industry's commitment to a new journey of continuous striving, creating momentum, strength, and leverage for the entire industry to enter a new era of national development.
