Petrol prices decrease in latest adjustment by Ministries

The retail prices of petrol were revised down on March 6 following the latest adjustment by the Ministries of Industry and Trade, and Finance.

The retail prices of petrol were revised down on March 6 following the latest adjustment by the Ministries of Industry and Trade, and Finance.

Accordingly, the price of E5RON92 bio-fuel was priced at 19,961 VND (0.78 USD) per litre, down 697 VND from the previous baseline, while that of RON95-III decreased to 20,402 VND per litre, down 710 VND.

Meanwhile, diesel 0.05S and kerosene were capped at 18,333 VND and 18,573 VND per litre, down 624 VND and 762 VND, respectively.

Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S is sold at 17,150 VND per kilogramme as the highest, down 465 VND.

The two ministries decided not to use the petrol price stabilisation fund for this adjustment.
