Unlike typical recruitment activities, the workshop was designed as a comprehensive career orientation program, helping students gain practical insights into the labour market and gradually prepare for their journey at major FDI enterprises like Quanta Computer and Wistron.
As many students are about to embark on an essential journey of "establishing themselves and their careers", with numerous concerns about their future, the workshop focused on addressing core issues: what students need to prepare for internships, how to conduct a thesis aligned with business needs, and the key skills required to adapt to a professional, multicultural work environment.

During the program, speakers shared insights on selecting thesis topics using an application-oriented approach, grounded in real business challenges, thereby helping students meet academic requirements while enhancing their chances of being retained after internships. Additionally, students received guidance on learning from real business practices. Speaking at the workshop, Mr Gucci - Chairman of the Board of Directors of GLA Human Resource Solutions Co., Ltd. - emphasised what students need to know when interning at enterprises: learning through processes, labour discipline, organisational culture, and the stringent demands on quality and work progress in an FDI environment.
Notably, the workshop allocated significant time to career skills content, guided by Ms Anna, Founder and CEO of GLA Human Resource Solutions Co., Ltd. Students received support in revising their CVs to meet foreign enterprise standards, shared practical interview tips, and learned how to demonstrate attitude, mindset, and learning ability - factors increasingly valued by businesses, alongside professional knowledge.

From the perspective of labour market consulting and connection, Ms Dang Thi Hai Ha, Chief Advisor of the S2M (School to Market) program, Director of Respect Vietnam (a company specialising in developing sustainable creative solutions in the workplace), stated that the biggest challenge for students today is having too much information but lacking real experiential opportunities. According to her, internships are the "golden time" for students to understand themselves, understand businesses, and determine whether they are suited to a specific work environment. Well-designed internship programs with clear inputs and outputs will help students build real working capabilities, rather than just "knowing a lot but not in depth".
