In parallel, the ENTIRE environmental project -implemented jointly by Van Lang University and Wageningen University (Netherlands) - focuses on solutions for water reuse and recycling in industrial settings in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, a region heavily affected by climate change and water-resource depletion. This collaboration aims to advance sustainable industrial models and make meaningful contributions to Vietnam’s water resource management goals, aligning with Europe’s green transition and circular economy aspirations.
Furthermore, international short-term study programs and projects under the European Union’s Erasmus+ framework continue to expand academic mobility opportunities for Van Lang students and faculty across European countries, linking education with green transition, innovation, and sustainable development.
From EAIE connections to student exchanges and collaborative projects with Europe and the United Kingdom, Van Lang University is steadily broadening its integration landscape through substantive initiatives. These efforts reflect the University’s journey to “set sail into the wider world”, a journey grounded in knowledge, cooperation, and social responsibility. Within the broader 35-year partnership between Vietnam and the EU, education remains a vital bridge that strengthens cohesion and fosters shared progress between the two sides.
