The fifth is to promote digital transformation, science-technology application, and innovation in activities of the ministry’s agencies and units.
Sixth, attention will be paid to strongly promoting science, technology, innovation and digital transformation activities in the enterprises operating in agriculture and environment, such as reviewing and proposing preferential policies and incentives for businesses, and giving priority to small- and medium-sized ones, cooperatives, and business households to support them to invest in digital transformation, scientific research and application, and technological innovation to improve production and business efficiency as well as corporate governance.
Seventh, efforts will be made to strengthen international cooperation in science – technology development, innovation, and digital transformation in multilateral and bilateral forms with countries, territories, international organisations, multinational corporations, research institutes, and leading universities in these areas around the world.
