On the afternoon of April 5, the Union of Vietnamese Women's Associations in Germany organized the Europe-wide Arts Festival and the launch ceremony of the Vietnamese Women's Business Association in Europe, with representatives from Vietnamese women's associations from 10 countries participating.
The event was attended by the Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany Nguyen Dac Thanh and his spouse; Ms. Trinh Thi Mui, Chairwoman of the Union of Vietnamese Women's Associations in Germany, along with numerous representatives from Vietnamese associations across Europe.
In her opening remarks, Ms. Trinh Thi Mui affirmed that the establishment of the Association is a significant milestone, laying the foundation for connecting Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in Europe.
According to her, the Association will serve as a common space for members to share experiences, support each other, expand cooperation, and elevate the status of Vietnamese women in business.
The executive committee for the 2025–2028 term includes many prominent entrepreneurs from European countries. The Association operates on a voluntary, non-profit basis, aiming for sustainable development, with the goal of supporting members in building brands, connecting partners, and promoting commercial activities.

According to the orientation, the Association will conduct seminars, promote cooperation, form suitable industry groups, and gradually expand international connections, contributing to enhancing the image of dynamic and creative Vietnamese female entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Nguyen Dac Thanh emphasized that the launch of the Association is a proud milestone, reflecting the increasingly prominent role of Vietnamese women in entrepreneurship and international integration.
The Ambassador believes that the Association will become an important bridge between Vietnamese businesses in Europe and those in Vietnam, contributing to promoting trade cooperation, investment, and the image of modern, resilient Vietnamese women. Additionally, the Ambassador highly appreciated the Europe-wide Arts Festival as a space to preserve and spread cultural identity, helping international friends better understand Vietnam.

The festival, held for the first time, gathered Vietnamese women's associations from Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, the UK, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, and Slovakia, featuring many art performances rich in national identity.
As part of the program, the organizers auctioned paintings, photographs, and various items to raise funds for the charity "Trai tim hong", continuing support activities for the community and towards the homeland.
