Notably, these orientations are linked with the spirit of Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW dated August 2, 2026, of the Politburo on the work of overseas Vietnamese. The resolution emphasizes the role of the overseas Vietnamese community in the great national unity bloc, while also highlighting the importance of preserving the Vietnamese language, spreading cultural identity, and promoting the role of a bridge of friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and other countries.
In this spirit, Vietnamese women's organizations in Japan not only fulfill the task of connecting and caring for members but can also become active forces in preserving culture, educating the younger generation, and promoting the image of Vietnam and its people.
The Second Congress of the Vietnamese Women's Association in the Kansai region is therefore not only an event to consolidate the organization but also a milestone affirming the aspirations of Vietnamese women abroad. From the spirit of solidarity, confidence, and integration, Vietnamese women in Kansai continue to play a role in building a strong community, preserving their roots, and contributing positively to Vietnam-Japan relations.
