International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 to take place in Hanoi from November 21-22
WVR - The International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 will be held over two days, from November 21-22, at the Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound in Hanoi, featuring more than 90 booths from embassies, international organizations, local foreign affairs agencies, and businesses.

The Service Department for Diplomatic Corps, under Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with relevant agencies and units, is organizing the International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 with the theme “Beyond Flavors”.
According to the Organizing Committee, the International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 is conceptualized as a “Cultural Intersection”, where cuisine is not only a place to savor unique flavors but also becomes a language connecting people, promoting exchange, understanding, and dialogue between cultures.
The festival space is designed as miniature culinary streets, offering a journey to explore the cultures of Vietnam, the region, and the world.

A highlight is the “Pride of Vietnam” street, showcasing the unique culinary features of the three regions: North, Central, and South, thereby contributing to the promotion of Vietnam's traditional values and culinary culture, while honoring values that reflect the nation's roots.
The “ASEAN Flavors” street is a space that brings together the colors, flavors, and distinctive cultural features of Southeast Asian countries.
Meanwhile, the “World Flavors” street opens up a journey to explore the culinary essence of many countries around the world, helping to create a vibrant multicultural exchange space.
With the theme “Beyond Flavors”, the festival aims to transcend the limits of ordinary culinary experiences, allowing each dish to share cultural stories and connect encounters, thereby spreading messages of peace, friendship, and understanding among nations.
In addition to promoting Vietnamese and international culture and cuisine, the festival continues to uphold the spirit of humanity through charitable activities, spreading the spirit of sharing and responsibility with the community.
With the scale and diverse participation of foreign representative missions, international organizations, localities, and businesses, the International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 is expected to become an attractive cultural exchange venue in Hanoi, while contributing to promoting the image of a dynamic, open, rich in identity, and internationally integrated Hanoi and Vietnam.
