International Culinary Culture Festival 2025: A journey of flavours connecting continents
WVR - Over 120 booths from Embassies, Consulates, Foreign Cultural Centres, local Departments of External Relations, domestic enterprises, and international organizations will participate in the International Culinary Culture Festival 2025, held over two days from November 22-23 at the Diplomatic Corps Area, 298 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

Under the directive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' leadership, the Department of Diplomatic Service has been tasked with coordinating with the Directorate of State Protocol and Interpretation, the Information and Press Department, the World and Vietnam Report, and other Ministry of Foreign Affairs agencies to organize the International Culinary Culture Festival 2025, taking place over two days from November 22-23.
The International Culinary Culture Festival is an annual event aimed at promoting cultural and culinary exchanges between Vietnam and international friends. It attracts increasing participation from Embassies, Foreign Cultural Centres, local Departments of External Relations, businesses, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs units. The event contributes to strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding, while promoting cultural diplomacy and connecting foreign diplomatic agencies with local Departments of External Relations through annual cultural and culinary exchanges.
The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival, themed "Trip of Flavours – A lourney of flavours Connecting continents", not only celebrates and promotes the unique culinary values of Vietnam and the world but also serves as an opportunity to advance cultural diplomacy, expand international cooperation, and project the image of a friendly, creative, and integrated Vietnam.

This year's event is meticulously prepared and expanded in scale, featuring over 120 culinary booths from Embassies, Consulates, Foreign Cultural Centers, international organizations, local Departments of External Relations, and major enterprises.
This year's festival marks a significant transformation in organization and experience, with the first-time integration of digital technology through the "Digital Interaction Corner". Here, visitors can access program information, view event maps, explore the distinctive cuisines of various countries, and participate in modern multimedia experiences.

Additionally, there will be a series of innovative and creative activities such as "Borderless Culinary Diary", "Fashion Food Show", "Global Beer Fest", and areas like "ASEAN Common House", "Global Culinary Avenue", and "Three Regions of Vietnam", offering a vibrant journey of flavours where cuisine, culture, and people blend in an open and dynamic space.
The program serves as a cultural bridge with diplomacy, connecting culinary traditions through each dish, from traditional flavors to modern innovations, affirming the role of cuisine in fostering friendship and international cooperation.
The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival, themed "Trip of flavours – A journey of flavours connecting the continents", promises to be a unique cultural rendezvous in the year-end festive season, where visitors and international friends can explore the world through each dish and feel the power of cuisine in connecting people and spreading global cultural values.
