At a time when Vietnamese education was still in its nascent stages, searching for direction and identity, Dr. Thy Binh, with her timeless vision and pioneering spirit, dedicated herself to building a world-class educational environment. Her goal was to nurture young talents and future leaders from the beginning of the nation's academic development. "I decided to start this venture to create an American-standard educational environment, not just a school, but a gateway to the world of knowledge for the young generation of Vietnam. Every student can access elite global education, nurtured in an environment that encourages creative thinking, develops skills, and sparks the aspiration to reach far, ready to integrate and make a mark on the world's knowledge map." Dr. Thy Binh shared, recalling the early days of laying the foundation stones for the APU Educational Development Group.

However, for Dr. Thy Binh – who has dedicated her entire heart and soul to guiding each generation of APU students and AUV students – no glory compares to the success of her students. “For me, the greatest glory does not lie in any awards but in the success of my students on their journey to conquer global knowledge. 90% of graduates from APU receive scholarships from top prestigious universities in the world, especially in the United States. Generations of APU and AUV students have been and are becoming outstanding talents in all key fields: from global scientific researchers, talented CEOs, and financial experts to renowned doctors and dentists honoured in the United States and across five continents…” Dr. Thy Binh proudly shared as she looked back on her educational achievements.
