After more than two decades of building and affirming its reputation, 2025 marks a special milestone when the second generation of the Vietnamese family officially takes over, renaming the restaurant Essence. This brings a new appearance and new thinking, while still preserving the core values cultivated over many years.

Recently, Essence became an emotional stop when welcoming the Youth Association - Student Tachov in a meaningful meeting. The presence of young people with enthusiasm and positive energy has given Essence a fresh, brilliant, and vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant representative shared: “Essence thanked the youth for the Youth Association - Students Tachov chose the restaurant to mark a meaningful return. We are delighted and proud to be accompanied by youth – where new connections begin, where joy and creativity are constantly spreading”.
