The Tachov City Youth and Student Association was established on December 25, 2013, with the goal of creating a healthy, positive playground, contributing to connecting Vietnamese youth and students living and studying here.

From the early days, the Association aimed to create an environment for young people to interact, share, learn, preserve national cultural identity, while integrating well with the local community and participating in beneficial activities for the area.

During its operation, due to natural life changes such as generational shifts, study and living conditions, along with the prolonged impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Association temporarily ceased activities.

However, the need for connection among the youth and the interest and expectations from parents for a safe, positive common environment for their children have always been the driving force for the Association's reactivation.

Based on this reality, the Association has officially re-established and agreed to change its name to the Tachov City Youth and Student Association, aiming to expand the participant base.

Currently, besides young people and students, the Association also includes teenagers aged 12 and above, reflecting the generational succession within the local Vietnamese community.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loi affirmed that she would work with the leadership and executive board to build the Association into a united, dynamic, and responsible group; actively participating in the common activities of the Vietnamese community in Tachov City.

The Association will proactively coordinate with the Vietnamese Association, the Women's Association, and other groups in various fields; focus on developing cultural and artistic movements, support and guide young people in their studies and community activities, while actively participating in the city's common activities, contributing to preserving Vietnamese cultural identity alongside deep integration into the local society.

The highlight of the program was the cultural performances, featuring singing, dancing, drama, and more, meticulously staged from costumes to performances.

The performances brought a vibrant atmosphere, further affirming Tachov as one of the localities with a strong cultural and artistic movement within the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic.
