The event was an opportunity to connect and share experiences, marking an important milestone in the international advancement of Vietnamese businesswomen.

At the forum, Ms. Le Thi Minh Hoa, IWEC Chairwoman, shared that we live in an era of changes and opportunities. As our country moves forward vigorously in the flow of integration and digital transformation, businesswomen's roles are becoming more critical than ever.

"We are not only business leaders but also value creators, driving innovation and making a difference in the community and society. Looking back, Ms. Le Thi Minh Hoa stated that Vietnamese women have consistently affirmed their position in the business sector and many other fields, such as science, technology, education and diplomacy,".

In 2024, IWEC took a significant step forward, officially expanding its operations into China and establishing a strategic cooperation network.

Ms. Le Thi Minh Hoa emphasized, "The most outstanding achievement is signing a cooperation agreement between IWEC and the Langfang Women Entrepreneurs Association (China), creating a foundation to promote trade and support female entrepreneurs from both countries. This milestone in economic cooperation demonstrates a commitment to promoting gender equality in the business sector".

IWEC is implementing programs in Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore and South Korea. It is expected that by the end of 2025, IWEC will officially launch in the above countries and, at the same time, organize a series of events to connect, train and cooperate in business.

Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Vietnamese Ambassador to the US, Pham Quang Vinh, affirmed: "We are entering a new era of national development. This is also the mission that IWEC aims for Vietnam, and the world is undergoing big changes, requiring us to choose the right path. With its established direction, IWEC is certain to develop sustainably".

Driven by the aspiration to connect compassionate individuals, cultivate positive initiatives, and disseminate valuable principles, forum delegates witnessed the launch of the IWEC Charity.

Ms. Tue An, President of IWEC Charity, shared that IWEC Charity is a charity organisation and a bridge of knowledge that helps women and children change their thinking, develop themselves, and move towards a happy life.

The organization serves as a conduit of compassion, enabling female entrepreneurs to demonstrate their resilience in the marketplace and collaborate to build a just, humane, and sustainable society.

Within the framework of the seminar, the Appointment Ceremony of the Chairladies of IWEC North, South and IWEC Charity took place:

- Vice Chairlady, General Secretary of IWEC, Chairwoman of IWEC North Pham Thi Bich Thuy: a dedicated and courageous leader who coordinates IWEC's key activities and fosters a strong and effective network. At the same time, she is also a pioneer in promoting the development of IWEC in the North, expanding the network and building a strong community of female entrepreneurs.

- Chairlady of IWEC South, Dr. Nguyen Quynh Nhu, a famous fashion designer with Quynh Paris. She leads the regional community of female entrepreneurs, creating international networking and collaboration opportunities. With her vision and outstanding leadership, Quynh Nhu has succeeded in the fashion industry and inspired female entrepreneurs, affirming the vital role of women in the global economy.

- IWEC Charity Chairlady Tue An is a dedicated leader who directs the organization's charitable initiatives to support women and children in need. Under her direction, IWEC Charity provides material support and opportunities for skill development and community network building. Tue An always encourages women to rise up and achieve success, improving many people's lives.
