Under the direction of General Secretary To Lam on the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, Vietnam is currently promoting national digital transformation more than ever, considering this a breakthrough method to shorten the national industrialization and modernization process. In that context and with a vision to lead the times, since 2021, Ms. My has successfully led TTC AgriS to become a leading pioneer in applying digital technology platforms in the agricultural sector, thereby improving production efficiency and enhancing Vietnamese farm products' competitiveness in the international market.

Accordingly, TTC AgriS has deployed and applied the core system (ERP Oracle) to business operations in all countries with headquarters in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, and Australia, strongly affirming its position as "The leading high-tech agricultural brand on a multinational scale". The following achievements for developing supporting systems such as DigiO, DigiFactory, DigiRetail, and DigiFarm (noncore systems) have also helped connect all operations through digital data, contributing to the Company's goal of becoming a high-tech agricultural solution provider.

Ms. Uc My, representing TTC AgriS - the only Vietnamese enterprise at the round table, discussed issues to promote the development of high-tech, sustainable agriculture globally while contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese enterprises on the world economic map.

Ms. My also supports TTC AgriS' circular economic model strategy to optimize the agricultural value chain. Applying science and technology in production and R&D has helped TTC AgriS grow sustainably and contribute to the mission of elevating the national agrarian product brand. TTC AgriS supplies more than 200 natural products to more than 69 markets while increasing investment in key areas such as Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and the United States. With a VND 60,000 billion revenue target by 2030, TTC AgriS is becoming an essential partner of stakeholders in the international trade chain by meeting sustainable standards and ensuring transparent traceability. With a consistent view on sustainable development strategy, Ms. My has positioned the enterprise to lead a sustainable agricultural economy committed to achieving Net Zero by 2035. TTC AgriS maintained its operations associated with ESG factors for eight consecutive years, maintaining recognition in the Top 20 Listed Enterprises in the VNSI20 Sustainable Development Index basket, with an ESC score of 91% in July 2024 (exceeding the industry average of 65% and the VN100 average by 52 percentage points). TTC AgriS was also honoured in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance Enterprises on HOSE 2024 and firmly adhered to the VNCG50 Corporate Governance Scorecard (VIOD). These are all key factors that help TTC AgriS accompany the Government's goals, participate in global initiatives and strengthen its position in the international partners’ eyes.

Contributing to Vietnamese agriculture's comprehensive integration

The TTC AgriS chairlady not only expands the company's cooperation with global financial institutions but also promotes the M&A strategy, helping the company successfully penetrate demanding markets such as Australia, the US and Southeast Asia, etc.

Taking advantage of FTAs, in recent years, the company has promoted its links with multinational corporations in finance and logistics to expand the export market for processed agricultural products. The meetings between Ms. My and diplomatic representatives from Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Indonesia, etc., have opened up many opportunities for cooperation and expansion of the distribution of deeply processed products to the world.

In the key Australian market alone, since 2022, TTC AgriS has strengthened cooperation with the Queensland government to develop digital agriculture platforms (Agtech) and food technology (Foodtech). In February 2025, TTC AgriS represented Vietnam at AgriFutures evokeAG. 2025, the leading event in the Asia-Pacific region on technology and innovation in agriculture and food. With the theme "Common Ground", the conference gathered high-level delegates from 27 countries, sharing visions and solutions for sustainable development. The event also had the participation of Mr. Tony Perrett MP, Minister for Primary Industries of Queensland, and Mr. David Janetzki MP, Minister for Energy and Housing of Queensland.

Here, Ms. My represented TTC AgriS to present the strategy of effectively exploiting agricultural resources, reducing carbon emissions and expanding technology cooperation to optimize the production chain. Notably, she was also the only female business representative from Vietnam in the main discussion session at the Agribusiness Investment Roundtable, emphasizing the role of Vietnamese businesses in transforming digital agriculture, sustainability and expanding international cooperation.

Representing the new generation of female leaders, Ms. My has made TTC AgriS a pioneer in implementing the 17 National Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 towards the goal of Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment. In the 2023- 2024 fiscal year alone, TTC AgriS has provided sustainable livelihoods for more than 600 female workers and organized more than 21,897 hours of training for female employees with a budget of nearly VND 3.3 billion. Chairlady Uc My always promotes gender equality and good corporate governance. In addition to efforts to increase the proportion of female employees in general, the structure of TTC AgriS's board of directors also clearly demonstrates the diversity of gender balance when two out of its five members are women, accounting for 40% (higher than the global average of 23.3% according to the Women in the Boardroom: A Global Perspective report by Deloitte in 2024). In addition, Ms. My actively connects with international organizations and forums to promote initiatives to support the young generation of female entrepreneurs in developing and contributing to the socioeconomic community.
