The art program featured a variety of impressive performances, including traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, songs performed by singer Trang Bui, and an energetic Yosakoi dance staged by the Nui Truc Sakura Club and the Hanoi Siennen Dance Team. These two clubs were awarded the title of “Yosakoi Ambassador in Vietnam” by Kochi Prefecture (Japan) in 2017.
Such cultural exchanges at Expo 2025 not only help promote Vietnamese culture to the Japanese public and international friends, but also open up opportunities and new directions for cooperation in people-to-people exchanges, thereby enhancing the bonds between Vietnam and Japan.
| The Osaka Kansai World Expo 2025 will take place from April 13 to October 13, featuring the participation of 158 countries and territories. The event will showcase cultures, achievements, and solutions toward building a sustainable society, under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.” According to the plan, each participating country will have a “National Day” to host festivals and events highlighting their unique culture and traditions. |
The Japanese Government estimates that Expo 2025 will generate an economic value of around 2.92 trillion yen (equivalent to USD 20 billion), with the goal of attracting 28.2 million visitors, at peak times reaching up to 220,000 visitors per day.
