As part of the project, the council will work with localities, cultural heritage research institutes and relevant organisations to study, collect documents and improve their capacity in the work.

The project is expected to enable the localities to directly contribute to and benefit from cultural heritage protection.

The project forms part of activities marking 25 years of the council’s operation in Vietnam.
