Bac A Bank launched an automatic banking transaction model - Kiosk Banking in Hanoi
Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK) officially operated Kiosk Banking - the first automatic banking transaction model at no.9 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da District, Hanoi City, allowing customers to actively manipulate and experience banking services without having to directly transact at the counter.

The Kiosk Banking project marks an important development in the field of digital transformation of BAC A BANK, allowing customers to actively manipulate, easily access and use banking services through STM - Smart Teller Machine.
STM has a simple, user-friendly interface, is integrated with Electronic Know Your Customer technology (eKYC), synchronously using 4.0 technology such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), authentication through biometrics such as finger veins, facial image recognition.
Kiosk Banking is capable of providing most of the essential banking services for free, such as: opening a Clearance Account, registering for E-Banking services and issuing Domestic Debit Cards; registering and authenticating transactions through Biometrics (FaceID/Finger Vein); deposit/withdrawal transactions by identification papers or FaceID/Finger vein; updating Citizen ID with chip; inquiring about clearance accounts, savings deposits; internal bank transferring. With the event of technology, the transaction flows at Kiosk Banking are more and more complete with full features, increased utilities, maximum processing speed, providing customers with a convenient experience without the need to go to a direct transaction point or be limited by office hours like before.
