In addition to these gifts, FAVIJA representatives visited, encouraged, and directly delivered aid to families facing particularly difficult circumstances in the commune.
These meaningful and practical gifts have become a significant source of encouragement, helping residents overcome immediate difficulties and return to their daily lives, continuing to recover from the flood's aftermath.
Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Chairwoman of the Tay Hoa Commune Fatherland Front Committee, shared that prolonged heavy rains caused widespread flooding, severely affecting the lives and livelihoods of the people.
Amid these losses and hardships, residents received encouragement and support through practical gifts from overseas Vietnamese. This is a tremendous source of both material and spiritual support for the local government and people.

Receiving direct visits and aid from FAVIJA members who flew from Japan, 90-year-old Cao Thi Nhiem, living alone in My Le Tay village, tearfully expressed her emotions: “My house is completely destroyed. You have come from so far to help me. I am very grateful for your kindness! Please send my thanks to everyone over there!”
Participating in the direct delivery of aid and visits, Do Quang Ba, Chairman of FAVIJA, shared that while the gifts may not hold high material value, they represent the love and solidarity of overseas Vietnamese with their compatriots at home, embodying the spirit of “mutual affection and support”.
