The 92nd patient was a 21-year-old male resident in Ward 9, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province. A student in France, on March 16th, 2020, traveled from Paris (France) to Doha (Qatar) on Qatar Airways flight no. QR40 – row 29th.
Afterward, the patient boarded another Qatar Airways flight no QR970 – row 18D, to Tan Son Nhat International Airport on March 17th.
Entering Vietnam, he showed no symptoms of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), but eventually got transferred to be under quarantine in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
On March 17th, the patient had a fever, throat ache, dry cough and was quarantined in the city’s Cu Chi field hospital on March 18th.
On March 21st, his sample tested positive by the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City.
