| Notably, for the first time, the Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 Online Exhibition was officially launched on the Arobid TradeXpo platform, marking a significant step in Vietnam's digitalisation journey of trade promotion activities. |
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang emphasised that the exhibition is an opportunity for the Vietnamese business community to continue affirming their production, processing, and export capabilities in the context of a global market shifting towards green, sustainable, and high-tech trends. The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the strong participation of international businesses, viewing it as clear evidence of Vietnam's rising position in the global food industry.
The most prominent highlight of Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 is the first-time launch of the online exhibition on the Arobid TradeXpo platform, developed by a Vietnamese company. This platform not only expands the trade connection space beyond geographical limits but also features 3D booths and VR360 experiences, allowing international partners to "visit remotely" at lower costs and with higher efficiency. Arobid Chairman, Mr. Tran Van Chin, stated that this solution could help businesses reduce trade promotion costs by 50–80% and gradually form a new market connection method for Vietnam's food industry in the digital era.

The online exhibition will run concurrently until November 30, enabling businesses, importers, and global partners to actively connect and explore trade cooperation opportunities. The combination of direct and online models has positioned Vietnam Foodexpo as one of Vietnam's pioneering events in applying digital technology to trade promotion, aligning with the Ministry of Industry and Trade's orientation towards digital trade development and enhancing export value.

According to the Organising Committee, Vietnam Foodexpo is not only a platform to promote brands and introduce products, but also an important forum for Vietnamese businesses to access new technology trends, expand their markets, and enhance competitiveness. Within the exhibition framework, numerous seminars and one-on-one trade connection activities are organised, allowing businesses to directly engage with international buyers and understand market demands. This is also an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to learn from experiences in developing green, safe, and environmentally friendly products – a rapidly growing consumer trend worldwide.
