The seminar gathered researchers, technology experts, and heritage managers to discuss the role of digital transformation in preserving, promoting heritage values, and enhancing public experience.

During the seminar, experts noted that digitizing heritage is not just about converting materials into digital data but also creating new access methods, allowing the public to interact and delve deeper into cultural values.

Art researcher Dr. Tran Hau Yen The introduced the publication “Nhe noi cua Khong san Trinh”, which combines printed books with digital technology, integrating 3D images, sound, and interactive content on mobile phones. According to him, 3D scanning of sacred animals allows viewers to observe details of artifacts in hard-to-reach locations, expanding the heritage exploration experience.

Dr. Nguyen Van Tu, representing the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities, shared that the unit is implementing various digital products such as the "Tinh hoa dao hoc" night tour, interactive games, digital displays, and 3D digitization of all 82 Doctoral Steles. The kiosk system at the site also allows visitors to look up information, read translations of the steles, and learn about the historical value of each artifact.

In the near future, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam will continue to digitize the entire heritage space, building a digital environment with applications such as electronic tickets integrated with Audio Guide and a platform to support visits, bringing heritage closer to the public.

Experts agreed that digital transformation is opening up new approaches to conservation work, turning heritage into data and resources for education, research, communication, and cultural industry development, while also creating more opportunities for traditional values to spread in the digital era.
