Throughout Vietnam's history, the Ao Dai, with its elegant feature, has always been reserved, becoming a symbol of age-old culture to honor Vietnamese women's traditional beauty and pride.

Following up on the success of the "Towards the origin" collection, designers Thoa Tran and Huong Beful have launched another theme, "Sacred Roots," to commemorate Hung Kings' Anniversary (on March 10 of the Lunar calendar). The collection was established to honor Hung Kings' merits and promote Vietnam's traditional festivals and cultures.

On the evening of April 22, within the "Sacred roots - the Ancestral Lands of Hung Kings" program, the collection was displayed successfully at Golden Bridge in Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province.

In the open space of Phu Tho, more than 50 works of Ao Dai were introduced in the background music of contemcontemporary reminiscing about the ancient myths from the period of "Con Rong Chau Tien" (Children of the Dragon, Grandchildren of the Immortal) to Hung Kings' time.

All of them intertwined and appeared in the dreamlike space, drawing the audience's attention and touching the hearts of millions of Vietnamese.

Thoa Tran designer, a descendant of Ancestral land, and designer of several rich fashion collections such as Golden Rose, Multicolored, and Beautiful Vietnam, among others, shared: "In the past years, on the occasion of Hung Kings' Anniversary, I launched a new collection inspired by the images of Au Co Mother and Lac Long Quan Father. The collection conveys many meaningful messages, reminding the Vietnamese inside and outside the country to conmemorate Hung Kings' Anniversary. Further more, I wish to convey my message of Vietnam's age-old cultural heritage preservation".

Each ao dai dress in this collection contains signature patterns and breakthroughs which can be the images of 50 children wearing blue ocean-colored ao dai up to the forest, the poetic images of the ancient Bai Dinh festival, and the images of elegantly pure lotus.

This collection is carefully invested and selected from imported high-end gems, combined with the diversity of fabrics, sharply golden velvet-covered 3D print, skillful hand embroidery, and very detailed hand-made beading.

After the premiere of this collection, Huong Beful, the designer, shared that she plans to introduce the global Ao Dai club to send the love of Ao Dai to those Vietnamese who live overseas, reminiscing about patriotism and traditional cultural values.

Mrs. Thoa Tran is known as a designer and leaves her mark on the audience as a speaker who highly appreciates fashion values. She said: "My fashion slogan is also T&T fashion design Academy's which is 'living is not only leaving a name, but also leaving a value."
