Lam Dong set to host unprecedented 2025 Hot Air Balloon & Art Festival – The Sunrise Legacy

According to Document No. 4534/UBND-KGVX dated October 2, 2025, issued by the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, Golden Garden Co., Ltd. (Ho Chi Minh City) has been assigned to organize the 2025 Lam Dong Hot Air Balloon & Art Festival – the largest cultural and tourism event ever held in the area.
The festival will take place at Lam Vien Square and Da Lat Opera House, featuring hot air balloon displays, musical performances, and modern projection technology.
Notably, at Lam Vien Square by Xuan Huong Lake, visitors will witness the display of 20 hot air balloons of various sizes and colors, including 3 large balloons tethered at level 7, 12 balloons tethered at level 1, and 5 balloons for ground decoration. These giant balloons will simultaneously light up the sky at dawn and dusk, creating a spectacular scene and becoming a special check-in spot for tourists.

Additionally, the art program themed "The Sunrise Legacy" will be held at Da Lat Opera House – a modern architectural masterpiece with international-standard sound and lighting systems. The concert is expected to feature top artists such as musician Duc Tri, singers Le Quyen, Ta Minh Tam, Vo Ha Tram, Phuong Vy, and more, with performances ranging from symphonies and revolutionary music to contemporary hits, reflecting the journey of aspiration, heritage, and the future of Lam Dong.

According to the organizers, the festival is not only an entertainment event but also a key initiative to promote Lam Dong's tourism image internationally, affirming the province's position on Vietnam's cultural and artistic map. With the message "The Sunrise Legacy", the event conveys the spirit of a dynamic, creative Lam Dong rising in the new era while preserving its unique natural and cultural values.
The festival is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors, thereby boosting tourism, increasing visitor stay duration, and spending in Lam Dong. It also provides an opportunity for local tourism, hotel, and service businesses to expand connections and enhance brand image.
Preparations for the festival have been meticulously carried out, from ensuring flight safety and security to traffic management. Meanwhile, a media campaign is being intensified across press channels and digital platforms.
