Established since 2002, Kinh Bac City (KBC) is known as one of Viet Nam’s leading private groups on industrial parks development, achieving great success in attracting FDI into Viet Nam.

With nearly 20 years of experience in industrial park development, KBC has been implementing nearly 20 modern large-scale industrial park projects across the country.

Over 90% of customers who invested in KBC’s industrial parks are FDI enterprises from Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan (China), etc. These large-scale enterprises have billions of dollars in KBC's IPs such as Canon, Foxconn, LG Electronics, LG Display, LG Inotek, JA Solar, Luxshare - ICT, Goertek, etc.

In addition to the substantial scale of IPs and synchronously invested infrastructure system, KBC is also highly appreciated by investors for its ability to support customers, from investment examination to licensing, throughout the whole operation process.

Thanks to these impressive business results, KBC has been awarded 13 Emulation Flags by the Government of Viet Nam and was awarded certificates of merit and prestigious ratings by agencies at all levels, both at home and abroad. Recently, KBC was chosen by Forbes Viet Nam as the “Top 50 best-listed companies” on the Vietnamese stock market in 2019 and 2020.

In addition to speeding up investment attraction and quickly filling up existing IPs, KBC is continually preparing all required resources and expands, creates new land funds, and welcomes new investment waves, as a new trend of investment is shifting to Viet Nam.

In 2021 and in the coming time, KBC plans to accelerate infrastructure investment in IP projects, such as: Nam Son Hap Linh Industrial Park (300ha) in Bac Ninh, Quang Chau Industrial Park (516ha) in Bac Giang, 3rd phase of Trang Due Industrial Park (687ha) in Hai Phong, Binh Giang Industrial Park (450ha) in Hai Duong, etc. and simultaneously develops our urban area projects.
