The conference drew over 100 participants, including Dr. Nguyen Hung Son, Acting President of DAV, and Ambassador Trinh Minh Manh, Deputy Director General of the Institute of Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies. Attendees included ambassadors, chargé d'affaires, representatives from international organizations, ministry officials, and experts from various research institutions.
Notably, 11 ambassadors and deputy ambassadors representing major diplomatic schools of thought worldwide delivered keynote presentations.

After three hours of dynamic discussion, participants agreed that while a universal definition of "comprehensive and modern diplomacy" may be elusive, nations can develop their own ideal models through knowledge sharing and mutual learning, tailored to their specific conditions and national interests.
