From Fukuoka, Japan, the journey of the "Global Junior Supermodel 2026" competition officially kicks off, opening an international artistic exchange platform for children.
The program not only seeks talented faces but also aims to connect the young Vietnamese generation worldwide through cultural activities and creative experiences.
In recent years, many cultural activities organized by the Vietnamese community in the Kyushu region have contributed to enhancing people-to-people exchanges and promoting the image of Vietnam and its people.
The "Global Junior Supermodel 2026" competition is launched in this context, with the desire to create an artistic exchange space for the young Vietnamese generation both domestically and internationally.
Following the success of the 2025 season, this year's competition is organized on a larger scale, aiming to discover and nurture talented children in the field of performing arts.
Thailand has been chosen as the venue for the main activities of the competition, promising to offer a diverse and rich cultural exchange experience for the contestants.
The program receives support and companionship from Vietnamese diplomatic representatives in many countries.
The competition is co-organized by the Vietnamese Association in Fukuoka and the Vietnam Business Association for Trade and Investment Promotion in Kyushu, Japan, along with the participation of Vietnamese associations and business associations in Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and Laos.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Head of the Organizing Committee, shared that the program aims to build a comprehensive development environment for children, where they have the opportunity to showcase their talents, build confidence, and participate in international cultural exchanges.
Through this, children not only enhance their creativity but also gain a deeper understanding of their cultural roots and the spirit of integration.
Besides its artistic and international exchange significance, the competition also targets the overseas Vietnamese community, especially the younger generation. Through activities within the program, the organizers hope to contribute to preserving the Vietnamese language, nurturing a love for national culture, and strengthening the bond between Vietnamese generations and their homeland.
The program is also oriented to connect with the Global Vietnamese Language and Culture Teaching Network, creating additional exchange spaces for Vietnamese youth and communities in many countries to access and deeply understand Vietnamese cultural identity, while strengthening connections with domestic activities.
According to the organizers, the competition is not only an artistic playground but also a cultural-educational journey with community significance.
