Kids Note officially launched in Vietnam, accompanying preschools
WVR - Kids Note, an early childhood education technology platform developed in the Republic of Korea, is being launched in Vietnam through a collaboration with BO ADS Co., Ltd. Starting from July 2026, the platform will be practically implemented in several preschools in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other localities.

Official Llunch in Vietnam from July 2026
On January 29, 2026, Kids Note and BO ADS Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement to develop and implement Kids Note in the Vietnamese market.
According to the agreement, BO ADS is responsible for market development, connecting with educational institutions, and supporting schools during the implementation and operation of the platform.
From July 2026, Kids Note began to be used in educational institutions in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, Da Lat, and Dong Thap.
To date, more than 300 parents have been using Kids Note at participating schools. Schools can use the application to update daily child activities, post activity and meal photos, send notifications, and exchange information with families.
For teachers, tasks can be performed directly on their phones, from updating information to capturing and posting children's activity photos.

According to the principal of Mat Troi Do Kindergarten – Khuong Dinh, Hanoi, teachers can perform tasks directly on their phones. The school reported that nearly 100 images can be uploaded in less than a minute, facilitating the update of children's images and activities to parents.
Schools using Kids Note
In the initial phase of implementation in Vietnam, Kids Note has been used in several preschools, including: Vuon Tri Tue Kindergarten – Yen So, Hanoi; Sunflower Montessori Kindergarten – District 12, Ho Chi Minh City; Ha Thanh Kindergarten – Dai Thanh, Hanoi; Doc Lap Ngoi Nha Hanh Phuc Kindergarten – Viet Hung, Hanoi; Mat Troi Do Kindergarten – Khuong Dinh, Hanoi; Be Ong Kindergarten – Phuong Liet, Hanoi; Hoa Hong Kindergarten – Facility 2 – An Thi, Hung Yen.
During the implementation process, the responsible team also received direct feedback from schools and teachers regarding practical usage needs.
Enhancing the platform based on practical needs
The implementation of Kids Note in Vietnam is carried out alongside collecting feedback from educational institutions.
The recorded needs focus on daily information management, attendance, menu updates, sharing children's activity photos, and enhancing the connection between schools and families.

Based on this feedback, BO ADS and Kids Note continue to adjust implementation and operational support, while researching features more suited to the characteristics of early childhood education in Vietnam.
Kids Note provides a free platform for schools participating in the service to support the initial market entry phase in Vietnam. BO ADS accompanies schools in the installation, guidance, and operation of the platform.
The two parties plan to continue expanding the implementation scope in Vietnam while enhancing the platform based on the practical needs of schools, teachers, and parents.
