WVR - On the afternoon of October 21 in Helsinki, as part of the official visit to Finland by General Secretary To Lam and his spouse, Madame Ngo Phuong Ly visited and attended a Vietnamese language class at Vesala Comprehensive School in Helsinki, Finland.

| On this occasion, Madame Ly presented a "Vietnamese Bookshcase", a collection containing about 120 titles, over 300 textbooks, children's comics, literature, history, geography, and books about Vietnamese people. This aims to support teaching efforts and provide students with additional resources to explore the Vietnamese language and culture, contributing to the continued maintenance of Vietnamese classes in Helsinki and Finland. | Ms. Vu Thi Nga, the teacher in charge of the Vietnamese class, shared that there are currently over 40 Vietnamese-origin students enrolled in the elective Vietnamese course at Vesala School. The visit and meaningful gift from Mrs. Ngô Phương Ly serve as a significant encouragement, boosting the spirit of teaching and learning Vietnamese within the Vietnamese community in Finland, while also promoting cultural exchange and educational cooperation between Vietnam and Finland in the future. |
