Enhancing academic exchange in economic and business sectors, serving sustainable development and integration

This forum allows young scientists to publish research results, engage in academic exchanges, and expand cooperation in the fields of economics and business in response to new development demands. It is also an annual event organized under the comprehensive cooperation agreement among 11 universities in the economic and business sector nationwide.

With the theme “Enhancing Economic Adaptability to Global Challenges: From Digital Transformation to Sustainable Development”, ICYREB 2026 aims to create a professional academic environment for young scientists to publish, present, and discuss new research findings in economics, finance-banking, management, and business.

Additionally, the conference promotes academic exchange, shares research experiences, and strengthens connections among universities, research institutes, and organizations both domestically and internationally, aiming to form a multidisciplinary cooperation network serving sustainable development and integration.

ICYREB 2026 is conducted in-person with two plenary sessions and 16 parallel discussion sessions, gathering over 70 reports presented by young authors from both domestic and international backgrounds.

The discussions focus on various current issues in the economic-financial-business sector, such as: Digital assets and the crypto asset market; FinTech, open banking, and open finance; banking regulations under Basel II, Basel III; financial stability and SupTech; climate risk, geopolitical risk, and economic resilience; financial markets and macroeconomic policies; corporate finance; green innovation, green economy, and sustainable development.

As one of the 11 co-organizing units, the Academy of Finance continues to affirm its active role in the academic cooperation network among leading training institutions in economics, finance, and business.

Representatives from the Academy participated in both the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Program Committee of the conference, contributing to coordination, organization, and ensuring academic quality.

At ICYREB 2026, the Academy of Finance contributed three discussions on topics attracting research interest, including: Development of FinTech and financial stability in Vietnam; the impact of digital transformation and ESG practices on the resilience of small and medium enterprises; a model for applying Blockchain technology in food supply chain management in Vietnam's school system.

The research aims to address practical issues while reflecting the Academy's orientation towards strengthening applied research.
