Color Fiesta is one of Vietnam's most prominent Japanese cultural festivals, drawing thousands of anime, manga, and cosplay enthusiasts. By unveiling these licensed products at such a high-profile event, Wedge Holdings and SBNV successfully reached their target audience while reinforcing their position in Vietnam's licensed anime product market.

Haikyu!!, one of the most popular anime series in Vietnam, has garnered a massive following. The Haikyu!! manga, Tiny Giant, published by Kim Dong Publishing House, has built a loyal fan base. Meanwhile, the anime adaptation—streaming on platforms like Amazon and Netflix—has captivated millions of viewers across four seasons. Recently, the film Haikyu!!: The Battle of Trash Heap premiered in various countries, including Vietnam, setting box office records.

This success has driven demand for Haikyu!! collectible merchandise, with one standout product being the Haikyu!! Volleyball Game Set, which Wedge Holdings and SBNV launched in Vietnam in 2018. The product has received widespread fan support and continues to be popular.

Bleach, another classic anime series, has also captured global attention. The latest chapter, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – Conflict, premiered on October 5 to an eager international audience. The launch of Bleach merchandise in Vietnam has only added to the franchise's local popularity, particularly among anime fans.

The event aims to meet the growing demand from Vietnam's anime fan community.

Wedge Holdings and SBNV have worked together to develop exclusive Haikyu!! and Bleach merchandise, including character collectibles such as badges, keychains, stickers, canvas bags, and office supplies like file folders and notebooks. These items were carefully crafted by creative teams from Japan and Vietnam to ensure top-tier quality and aesthetics. The goal is to meet the growing demand from Vietnam's anime fan community while bolstering the market presence of Wedge Holdings and SBNV.

At Color Fiesta: PARANORMAL, SBNV also hosted Vietnam's largest trading card game (TCG) festival, VIETNAM TCG MATSURI. This was the second edition of the event, following its success at the Japan Vietnam Festival in March 2024. The festival brought together TCG enthusiasts from across Vietnam, featuring popular games like Conan TCG, Pokemon Card Game, One Piece Card Game, and large-scale tournaments.

The event's standout tournaments, "Conan TCG Challenge Color Fiesta" and "Haikyu!! Volleyball Game Color Fiesta," awarded valuable prizes to top players. As Vietnam's official TCG distributor, SBNV not only offers the latest products but also organizes events and tournaments to support the local TCG community, fostering a positive and engaging environment for young players.

SBNV's Trade Representative, Mr. Duong Thanh Tai, expressed: "Collaborating with Wedge Holdings to distribute licensed anime products in Vietnam is an incredible honor. We are committed to delivering high-quality products specifically tailored to the Vietnamese market and contributing to the growth of the anime fan community here."

Wedge Holdings and SBNV believe that expanding the licensed anime market will help drive the creative industry's growth in Vietnam and open doors to more diverse cultural initiatives in the future.
