The event will feature 154 booths showcasing a wide range of culinary specialties and OCOP products from both within and outside the province.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore, taste and purchase a variety of local delicacies and OCOP products, take photos at a creatively designed “food train” installation. Hands-on experiences will include making cha muc (fried squid cakes), filleting ocean tuna with Japanese chefs, and beverage preparation activities.
The event will also feature a VR 360 experience space showcasing iconic tourist destinations of Quang Ninh Province, alongside traditional folk games.
The Ha Long International Food Street 2026 is expected to boostthe promotion of trade, services and tourism, contributing to increased revenue and providing impetus for the growth of Quang Ninh’s tourism and service sectors.
