Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand congratulates Laos on 50th National Day
WVR - On November 25, a delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy and representative offices in Thailand, led by Ambassador Pham Viet Hung, visited and congratulated the Lao Embassy in Thailand on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2025).

At the Lao Embassy headquarters in Bangkok, Ambassador Pham Viet Hung praised the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. The Ambassador emphasized that the two countries have always stood side by side in the struggle for national liberation, as well as in the protection, construction, and development of their nations.
Ambassador Pham Viet Hung shared that the Vietnamese people are delighted to witness the achievements of the Lao people over the years and are confident that Laos will continue to achieve even greater successes.
The Ambassador affirmed that Vietnam is ready to support and cooperate with Laos to achieve the development goals set by each country. Ambassador Pham Viet Hung highlighted that cooperative and exchange activities between the two embassies have been maintained and promoted.
Ambassador Pham Viet Hung wished Lao Ambassador to Thailand Sisavath Inphachanh a successful term, contributing to enhancing the relationship between the two embassies.

For his part, Lao Ambassador to Thailand Sisavath Inphachanh expressed joy in welcoming the delegation, thanking Ambassador Pham Viet Hung and the Vietnamese representative offices in Thailand for their kind wishes and sentiments on the occasion of Laos' 50th National Day.
Ambassador Sisavath Inphachanh affirmed that the special relationship contributes to promoting cooperation between Vietnam and Laos in socio-economic development. Laos seeks to learn from and collaborate with Vietnam on its development path.
Ambassador Sisavath Inphachanh noted that diplomatic missions from Laos and Vietnam around the world engage in exchanges and cooperation across various fields, emphasizing that this is a testament to the strong relationship between the two countries.
The Lao Ambassador expressed his hope that the relationship between the two Embassies will continue to be maintained and strengthened, contributing to the development of Laos-Vietnam relations.

In a spirit of friendship, Ambassador Pham Viet Hung presented a bouquet and extended the best wishes to Ambassador Sisavath Inphachanh and the staff of the Lao Embassy in Thailand.
Ambassador Pham Viet Hung and Ambassador Sisavath Inphachanh, along with staff from both embassies and related agencies, raised a toast to the everlasting and flourishing relationship between the two countries.

Regular congratulatory and courtesy visits between the Vietnamese and Lao Embassies in Thailand during National Days and significant events of the two countries in Thailand have contributed to enhancing mutual understanding among the staff of both embassies.
The great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, States, and peoples of Vietnam and Laos are cherished and nurtured by the staff of the Embassies and the people of both countries, wherever they may be.
