The embassy said since the pandemic broke out, the entire Vietnamese Party, people and armed forces have taken drastic actions to combat the pandemic with the motto of “fighting the pandemic is like fighting the enemy”. However, many clusters have appeared in cities and provinces with the number of infection cases rising sharply since April 27.

On the occasion, the Vietnamese Business Association in Australia also conveyed the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese (BAOOV)’s document calling on Vietnamese entrepreneurs worldwide to offer donations to buy COVID-19 vaccines in Viet Nam.

Recently, the Vietnamese Students’ Association in Australia also conveyed the Vietnamese Government and VFF’s call to the Vietnamese community in the country to contribute to the homeland's fight against the pandemic.
