Vietnam Education Publishing House expands Vietnam–Malaysia educational publishing cooperation on digital innovation and AI application

The event marks a new phase of deeper cooperation between two leading regional publishing entities in areas such as digital publishing technology, AI application, human resource training, and the development of high-quality educational products.
Attending the meeting from Vietnam Education Publishing House were Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Chairman of the Members' Council, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Van Tung - Member of the Members' Council; Mr. Nguyen Chi Binh - Deputy General Director, along with representatives from specialized departments.
From Hanoi Educational Publishing Services Joint Stock Company (a member unit of Vietnam Education Publishing House) were Mr. Pham Dinh Luong - Chairman of the Board, Ms. Pham Thi Hong - Director, and Ms. Le Thi Hue - Head of Foreign Language Book Editing Department.
From Pelangi Publishing Group were Mr. Sum Lih Kang - Executive Director, General Director, and Dr. Poh Swee Hiang - Editor-in-Chief.
Substantial cooperation - From commitment to concrete results
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Chairman of the Members' Council, General Director of Vietnam Education Publishing House emphasized the significance of the meeting: “When the cooperative relationship between the two groups goes beyond diplomatic commitments and quickly becomes substantial, yielding clear results. The most important milestone for mutual trust and joint effort is the successful implementation of the 'Kham Pha' book series - the first collaborative product between Vietnam Education Publishing House and Pelangi. This is a solid foundation for both entities to go further in the journey ahead.”

Previously, Hanoi Educational Publishing Services Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Education Publishing House) successfully collaborated with Pelangi Publishing Group to compile and publish the “Kham Pha” book series for primary school students from grades 1 to 5. The series includes 30 books covering 5 subjects: Mathematics (in Vietnamese and bilingual Vietnamese-English), Vietnamese, English, Informatics, and Science (bilingual Vietnamese-English).
The book series closely follows the Vietnamese curriculum and textbooks, combining Vietnamese educational content, culture, and spirit with Pelangi's creative thinking and modern design style. By engaging with this series, students not only grasp foundational knowledge but also develop comprehensive thinking and high practical application skills. “Kham Pha” also demonstrates the integration of digital capabilities and artificial intelligence, enhancing students' ability to access English in their studies.

The completion and publication of the “Kham Pha” book series contribute to leveraging the strengths of both entities in the educational publishing field, while also laying the foundation for continued research and development of high-quality educational materials to meet the demands of innovation and international integration.
At the meeting, Mr. Sum Lih Kang - Executive Director of Pelangi affirmed the strategic partner position of Vietnam Education Publishing House. He highly appreciated the professional competence, professional working processes, and the quality of educational products implemented by Vietnam Education Publishing House, while also expressing confidence that the combination of Pelangi's international experience and Vietnam Education Publishing House's excellent localization capability will create many new breakthroughs.
